Fetta, Spinach and Tapenade Pizzetta

This is a simple, easy to serve family favourite. Great as an easy entrée. Your friends are at the door, it’s late. You’re tired, and this is the perfect gourmet entertainer’s little helper.

Preparation time – 20 minutes.

Serves 4 per pizzetta.

3 Lebanese Bread pieces or home made pizza base

6 Stalks Spinach

200g Fetta

100g Figtree Garlic and Olive Tapenade

Wilt Spinach leaves with some Olive Oil in a pan. Spread Spinach thickly on Pizza bsses then crumble feta over. Dob on Tapenade and bake in moderate [170deg] Oven for 15 min or until crispy.
